We decided to start out small & yes I mean
small. I guess this is about as small as it gets for a pet. We were actually talking about a goldfish but once the Pet Smart girl told us that you needed a tank with a filter for goldfish, well that took care of that idea. I now realize, that's the reason why all my pet goldfish as a child, only lasted about a week at the most.
So.....we opted for the wonderful little Beta fish. At least it's pretty & colorful. Siena picked it out among the dozen or so on the shelf, swimming in their tiny little cups. Little did she know, it's a boy. Yet she insists that it have a girl name & she's
making it a girl.
