Sad Again

We are very sad again today. I had to call our Agency today myself to see if our Referral was in.
The Director at our local office acted as though she didn't even know if Referrals were in or not. She was going to Email another office Director to see if they had arrived and was going to let me know. Can you believe it? She was going to Email someone about this. Why not pick up the phone lady??!!!
This is our 2nd month of set backs. But no one called us back, no emails....NOTHING. I am hearing through friends on the support group that our Agency did not have any Referrals today.
We wish we knew more, but we don't. Hoping for a call tomorrow. An Apology at the least.
