We finally made it after all!!! We are so over joyed. I called the Agency today for answers and the Director was just on the phone with the China Coordinator about our Referral. So far all we know is this:GIRL

More information & photos to come tomorrow when we get the actual Referrral package from the Agency via FED EX.
