Fall Run to Shenandoah

That's pretty much what it was. Just a quick run out the mountains closest to us. We got Siena out early from school last Friday to hit the road. The weather was great but turned rainy and much cooler by Sunday.  On Sunday because of the rain we didn't have much to do. We couldn't even find a suitable kid's movie in the closest town that even had a theater. But we drove around & had lunch at one of our favorite old spots in New Market.  We left for home on Monday but drove down Skyline drive going back. The weather was a little better but still rainy & we actually saw a little sleet while up in the mountains.
I'll just leave you here with a few shots of our highlights.
